Submission Guidelines

We welcome full papers, extended abstracts, and work-in-progress studies. All submissions will undergo double-blind peer review. Accepted papers may be considered for publication in affiliated peer-reviewed journals or the conference proceedings.

Submission Categories:

• Full Papers (Max 6000 words)
• Extended Abstracts (Max 1500 words)
• Work-in-Progress Papers (Abstracts: 500–1000 words)

Hybrid Format

ICCTH Bangkok 2026 will be held in a hybrid format, enabling both in-person and virtual participation. All sessions will be accessible to both formats to encourage global engagement.

1. No Publication — Authors may opt out of publication
2. Conference Proceedings — Abstract (1 page) publication option for all submission types
3. Advances in International Culture, Tourism, and Hospitality Book Chapter — Published in the open-access ISBN book by USF M3 Publishing
4. Journal Publication — Authors of papers selected as Best Papers will be offered the opportunity to fast-track their submissions to a supporting journal.
